“Truffle Sour” Adapted From Richard Woods

Ingredients

  • 50ml 12YO Glenfiddich Whisky
  • 25ml fresh lemon juice
  • 20ml sugar syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of truffle oil
  • 1 egg white
  • Ice

Instructions

All ingredients needs to be put in a shaker and shacked heavily.

Using a cocktail strainer, pure the drink in a glass filled with Ice Cubes.
