- 35ml 12YO Glenfiddich Whisky
- 15ml Raspberry Liqueur Chambord
- 15ml Pure Cane Sugar Syrup
- 20ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 10ml Egg White
- 5-10 raspberries
All ingredients needs to be put in a shaker and shacked heavily. Using a cocktail strainer, pure the drink in a glass filled with Ice Cubes.
Use 5-10 raspberries to garnish the drink.
