Raspberry Sour


  • 35ml 12YO Glenfiddich Whisky
  • 15ml Raspberry Liqueur Chambord
  • 15ml Pure Cane Sugar Syrup
  • 20ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 10ml Egg White
  • 5-10 raspberries


All ingredients needs to be put in a shaker and shacked heavily. Using a cocktail strainer, pure the drink in a glass filled with Ice Cubes.

Use 5-10 raspberries to garnish the drink.
