Mango Daiquiri
Ingredients
- 2 mangos (sliced)
- Juice from one lime
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 170ml rum
- 3 teaspoons of coconut cream
- 1 tablespoon of heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- Ice
Instructions
Sprinkle sugar and lime juice over mangos.
Put aside for 30 minutes.
After that put mangos in a blender with all the juices, add rum and ice.
Blend until smooth.
Whisk together coconut cream, sugar and whipping cream until fluffy.
Pour over daiquiri.
