Mango Avocado Salad

Serving Size: 2-3 people


  • 60g Arugula
  • 1 Mango (sliced)
  • 1 Avocado (sliced)
  • 1 Slice of red onion (chopped)
  • 1 Small chili pepper (chopped)
  • Juice from half orange
  • Juice from half lime
  • 5 Tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 Teaspoon of mustard with thai spices and mango
  • Pepper to taste


Mix orange juice, lime juice, olive oil, mustard, chili pepper and red onion.

Put arugula on a plate, add avocado slices and mango slices.

Drizzle over sauce.
