- 6 Giant marshmallows
- 50g dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons of grounded pistachios
- 2 tablespoons of grounded candy canes
- 2 tablespoons of white sparkling sugar candies
- 2 paper straws (cut in half)
- 3 candy canes
- Parchment paper
Melt dark chocolate, put aside to cool down.
Meanwhile insert candy canes and paper straws into each marshmallow.
Dip each marshmallow into dark chocolate and drizzle over with pistachios,candy canes or white sparkling sugar candies.
Put on a parchment paper to cool down for about 20 minutes.
You can make this like DIY party dessert. When each guest chooses his or hers favourite topping and they can make their own marshmallow. Place a candle underneath the melted chocolate to keep it warm all the time. Put in small bowls different sugar candies, grounded nuts or dry fruits that guests can dip in or drizzle over their marshmallows.
