- 5 cups pitted or frozen cherries
- Juice from 1 ½ large oranges
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic (smashed)
- 2 tablespoons shallot (minced)
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint (chopped finely)
- Fresh black pepper to taste
Puree the cherries, orange and lemon juices, garlic, shallot and mint in a blender until smooth.
Season with pepper to taste.
