- 1 medium beetroot (Sliced as thick as you can)
- 125g goats cheese
- Juice from ½ lime
- Handful of raspberries
Drizzle oil over sliced beets and add salt.
Put beets on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes or until edges of beets begin to dry out.
When ready take out and let them cool down and crisp up.
Meanwhile mix goats cheese and lime juice together and put in a piping bag.
Put beet chips on a plate and decorate with goats cheese.
Blend raspberries and drizzle over.
