- 1 butternut squash (peeled and chopped)
- 1 small pumpkin (peeled and chopped)
- 2 handfuls of raspberries
- 2 handfuls of feta
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- Herb mix (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Curry (to taste)
- Cinnamon (to taste)
- Olive oil
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Spread the butternut squash and pumpkin cubes out on a baking tray, sprinkle with olive oil, salt, curry and herb mix. Mix evenly.
Bake for about 30 minutes. Then take out the baking tray and add raspberries. Return to the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
Then take out the baking baking tray and sprinkle with cinnamon, honey and feta.
And voila you have a perfect side dish.
